L2 Drive with Gary's privacy policy is in line with the new data protection under the General Data Protection Regulations which took effect from 25 May 2018.
We will ask you only for the basic information that we will require from you during the period of your receiving driving lessons with us. This will be used only as required to book Driving Lessons, Theory and Driving tests on your behalf as appropriate. We may also use your data to telephone you or send you messages or emails.
Under no circumstances will any personal data be sold to any third parties.
Personal data will only be shared with any other party with your specific consent.
All personal data, both in paper or electronic format, is retained only for sufficient time as is necessary and will be destroyed no later than five years after our business with you comes to an end.
